Waitlist open · early access in small waves

Know what your users want next.

Feature requests and support inside your iOS app. Your users post and vote on a native screen. You get one ranked list, at a flat price that does not grow with your success.

We email you once, when your invite is ready. No newsletter. To be removed, write to waitlist@insightskit.co.

Why join early.

The first developers get in before the public launch, and on better terms.

Access before launch

Invites go out in small waves, in the order people joined. Small waves mean every early developer gets a working setup and a real answer.

First claim on Lifetime

Lifetime is $129 once, and it closes after the first 100 customers. That limit is real, not a countdown. The waitlist hears about it first.

A direct line to the builder

Reply to any waitlist email and it reaches the developer who builds InsightsKit. What early users ask for shapes the next release.

Free from day one

The free tier does not expire and needs no card: one app, unlimited end users, 50 requests and 50 tickets a month.

Feedback that arrives as one list.

Today it is scattered across App Store reviews, email and Discord. InsightsKit puts it in one place.

Your users actually use it

A native screen inside your app. No web portal, no redirect, and your users never create an account.

  • SwiftUI, not a webview
  • No permission prompts

You know what to build next

Requests and votes become one ranked board. Mark a request Planned or Shipped, and your users see it the next time they open the screen.

  • Open → Planned → In progress → Shipped
  • Edit, hide and block, right away

Support with the context attached

Every support message arrives with app version, OS version, device and language. You reply from the dashboard; your user gets it by email.

  • Hosted in the EU
  • No AI, no ad tracking

A few lines, once.

Register your app, paste the key, and read your board. No build scripts, no dependencies.

  1. Create an appSign up, add your app, and copy its API key.
  2. Add the clientEarly users get the Swift client today: one file, you build the screens. The Swift package with ready native screens follows at launch.

    body: "It burns at night")

Questions.

When does early access start?

When InsightsKit has run inside our own App Store apps without problems. We do not promise a date we cannot keep. The waitlist hears first, and invites go out in the order people joined.

Do my users need an account?

No, never. They post and vote anonymously. We ask for an email only when a support ticket needs a reply, and we use it for that reply and nothing else.

Why not just use Canny?

Canny is good. If you are a funded team with a web product, use it. For an indie mobile app, two things get in the way: it bills per tracked user, so engaged users cost you more, and it is a web portal your users have to leave your app to reach.

Is there Android support?

Not natively yet. The REST API works from any platform, so an Android app can use it today. A native Android SDK is planned for the second version.

Where is the data stored?

On a server in the EU. Support messages carry app version, OS version, device model and language, and nothing more: no location, no advertising ID, no behaviour tracking.

What do you do with my email?

We use it for the waitlist only: one email when your invite is ready. To be removed, write to waitlist@insightskit.co and we delete your address from the list.

Be in the first wave.

One email field. Your invite arrives in the order you joined.
